  • Review and sign project agreements before commencement.
  • Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Project Modifications and Delays

We understand that construction and landscaping needs can evolve. Minor changes can often be accommodated, but significant scope changes may require updated estimates and scheduling.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Permitting or inspection processes.
  • Supplier availability.
  • Client-side delays (site access, late approvals).

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and work to adjust timelines responsibly.

Material Availability and Substitutions

We source high-quality materials for all projects. In rare cases where a product is unavailable, we will:

  • Provide equal or better alternatives.
  • Obtain approval before proceeding.

We take worksite safety seriously—for our crew and your property. Our team follows industry-standard safety protocols and uses protective measures to minimize disruption.

However, clients are responsible for:

  • Securing pets and valuables
  • Informing us about underground lines or known hazards
  • Alerting us to sensitive areas on the property
  • We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the start of the project.

Payment Terms and Billing

All project costs and payment schedules will be outlined in the signed agreement. Standard terms include:

  • Retainer to secure project scheduling.
  • Progress payments are tied to key milestones.
  • Final payment upon project completion.
  • Late payments may result in interest charges or temporary work suspension. We accept multiple payment methods and will provide invoices accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel a project after signing a service agreement:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a refund of any deposit, minus admin fees.
  • Cancellations after work has begun will be subject to material and labor charges.
